Healthy Nutty Apricot Bites













Ingredients


  • 1 cup date paste
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts, crushed 
  • 1/4 cup almond flakes, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Method


     1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, kneading together with your hands. 
     2. Using a teaspoon for measurement, form small balls.
     3. Keep refrigerated in airtight container.
